The printing and slotting machine, also known as water-based printing and slotting machine, carton printing and slotting machine, water-based ink printing and slotting machine or corrugated board printing and slotting machine, is a comprehensive carton processing equipment that integrates five processes: printing, slotting, corner cutting, creasing, and edge cutting. It is an indispensable post-processing equipment in the production of corrugated cartons. According to different color groups, printing and slotting machines are available in various models such as single-color, two-color, three-color, and four-color.

A printing and slotting machine generally consists of a paper feeding section, a printing section, and a slotting section.

Paper Feeding Section
1. Vacuum adsorption-assisted rear-kick paper feeding system. The air volume can be appropriately adjusted according to the size and curvature of the paperboard to ensure accurate paper feeding.
2. Aluminum alloy kicker plate, which is lightweight and wear-resistant, with a pneumatic paper resting device on the rear baffle.
3. Equipped with nylon brushes to remove dust and debris, which can clean the impurities on the printing surface of the paperboard and improve the printing quality.

Printing Department
1. The foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller, facilitating the loading and unloading of printing plates.
2. The phase of the printing department is adjusted by an electric planetary gear with digital display.
3. The lateral electric adjustment distance of the plate roller is 20 mm.
4. For gap adjustment, foreign sun gear adjustment is adopted, which is suitable for 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer corrugated cardboard.

Slotting Department
1. Electric linkage adjustment, slotting and creasing completed in one go.
2. Electric adjustment for carton height with digital display.
3. Electric phase adjustment with digital display.
4. Buttonhole device can be added.

Printing and slotting machines are commonly used to print carton packaging for products such as dairy products, food, beverages, health products, and electrical appliances.
